Getting listed on our roster and mailing list
If you find that you are not listed on our roster or don't get the yearly newsletter and reunion mailings via email or regular mail, please fill out the form below. We value our shipmate's privacy. The only information we list in our on line rosters is your name, rank/rate, the years that you served on the ship, and the city and state where you reside. We do not give out contact information unless it is to other shipmates who desire to connect with you after all these years. We also use the information to send you our yearly newsletter, reunion mailing, and to keep you updated on the JHNSA's efforts to establish the USS Charles F Adams as a museum ship. Please note that once you submit your contact information it will take several days before a update to the roster is done. Also we do not respond to email the system sends us with your information. However we do in fact get the information that you send us.
